• FOB: Factory on all orders. It is the customers responsibility to address all freight claims with the carrier.

• All lead times are based on averages only in business days not calendar days.

Payment

• All orders will be billed before processing (which means upon order placement) unless credit terms are already established.
• Credit card sales are only valid for North American customers. Customers from other regions must pay via wire transfer.
• Distributors must email or fax their sales tax exemption certificate, or re-sale exemption certificate with their first order.
